Yes, email us the file and we can check before printing. Ideally supplied artwork needs to be sent as a PDF with 3mm bleed each side and photos at 300dpi, to make sure they don’t pixelate. If in doubt, please email your artwork to us on hello@bdp.wales and we can advise.

Due to our quick turnarounds, we are unable to make changes to the artwork or order specification once your artwork has been signed off, so please check your proofs very carefully. If you haven’t signed off or supplied artwork yet, we can requote on a different spec or quantity.
Artwork proofing checklist:
1. We recommend viewing the file at 100%
2. Check for any spelling errors
3. QR codes scan correctly
4. Check all contact details are correct and up-to-date
5. Check all logos and/or photos are of an acceptable quality
Yes we can deliver your printing. We deliver to Swansea and surrounding areas for free when your order exceeds £75.
Alternatively we can send via courier to any UK address.
Due to our workload, we cannot offer a while-you-wait service. To order any printing, please follow the below steps:
1. Email us your print file
2. We will reply to confirm a cost and collection time
3. Collect at your allocated collection time
We do not accept artwork supplied on USBs as these can cause risk to our IT and printer systems. Please email your print files to hello@bdp.wales.
If your files are too large to send via your email server, you can use free online services such as We Transfer or MailBigFile.
The minimum charge is £5, for this you can get up to 50 x Black A4 prints or 5 x Colour A4 on 80gsm plain stock.
Yes, we can print and bind student dissertations, thesis, masters and PhDs. We offer both soft and hard binding and also offer student discount, 25% off your printing if we print and bind.
